Vegan Banana Brownies

 If you have any spotty bananas, then I highly encourage you to make these /egan Banana Brownies. They are weet, indulgent but also secretly healthy. I love to enjoy mine with coco whip, dairy free caramel and/or hazelnuts for the perfect brownie sundae.

 Ingredients
3 spotty bananas, about 1.5-2 cup mashed
1/2 cup almond butter, co other nut or seed butter tsp vanilla extract
 1/2 cup pure maple syrup, may sub coconut sugar, brown sugar or cane sugar 1/3 cup cacao powder 
1 tsp baking soda 3/4 cup oat flour, may sub all purpose or a 1:1 gluten free flour blend
 1/2 tsp salt
 1/2 cup chocolate chips topping

Directions

0I Preheat oven to 375F and prepare an 9x9 s or 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper or cocnut oil spray

 02 In a medium bowl, add in the spotty bananas and mash until there are little to no chunks left.

 03 Next, add in the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk until ingredients are wel incorporated.

 04 Add in the oat flour, cacao powder, baking soda and salt. Use a rubber spatula to mix until hick brownie batter is formed

05 Fold in the chocolate chips last, then add batter to prepared dish

 06 Spread evenly and top with more chocolate chips if desired.

 07 Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

 08 Let cool completely before slicing into and enjoy!

 I like to enjoy minf 10 warm with a dollop of coco whip, dairy free caramel or diced hazelnuts.
 
 Notes
• Use ripe or over-ripe bananas for a naturally sweeter brownie,
 Mix wet ingredients fully before adding in the dry ingredients 
Brownies are done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. • aIlow vegan banana brownies to cool completely before slicing into. Trust me, it's worth the wait
