Easy Chili Oil Dumplings

Ingredients (16 dumplings)
Chilli oil:
2 stalks green onion
2 tsp Red chili flakes
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp water
Dumplings:
16 dumpling wrappers
250g mushrooms
4 stalks green onion
1 grated carrot
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions:
1. Shred your carrot and add it to a food processor along with roughly copped mushrooms, garlic cloves, minced ginger, green onion, sesame oil and soy sauce. Pulse until everything is finely chopped.
2. Now heat up a frying pan over medium high heat and fry the mixture in some sesame oil until golden brown.
3. Place a tbsp filling in the middle of a dumpling wrapper and wrap it into the shape you like.
4. Now Heat up the skillet again and fry your dumplings on one side until they get nice and crispy. Pour the water into the skillet and place a lid over the skillet. Let the dumplings steam until the water is absorbed.
5. When all the water is absorbed, let the dumplings get crispy on one side again before they're ready to serve.
6. Finely chop garlic and green onion. Add garlic, green onion, red chili flakes and sesame seeds to a bowl. Pour the hot oil into the bowl.
7. Now add the soy sauce, water and rice vinegar.
8. Assemble dumplings and chili oil on servings sized plates and enjoy!
