Watermelon Sorbet Pops

3 cups watermelon chunks
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
warm water optional
fresh mint optional

Food process watermelon, lemon juice, and honey
Pour into ice pop trays



Option 2
spread out watermelon on baking sheet and freeze 6 to 8 hours
place melon, lemon, and honey in food processor and process
if too thick add warm water (1 tbsp at a time)
serve immediately or place individual scoops on a tray and freeze
