Fajita Grilled Chicken and Peppers

I didn't have lime juice or cilantro and it still came out delcious.  Brendan said it smelled like a Mexican restaurant.


2 boneless chicken breasts (sliced in fajita strips)
3 bell peppers of assorted colors (sliced in strips)
1 onion (sliced in strips)

Marinade:
6 Tbsp olive oil
2 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder

Optional:
4 tbsp lime juice
1cup chopped cilantro

Directions:
Use half the marinade for peppers and onions and the other half for chicken

Grill and enjoy (put veggies on first since they take longer).  I put the veggies in a grilling basket.
