Royal Icing (for piping and decorating)

* 4 cups powdered sugar
* 3 tbsp meringue powder
* 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
* 1/2-3/4 cups warm water
Directions:
1) mix sugars and meringue
2) add water and extract and beat on med speed for 5-7 min
3) less water= stiffer icing
