Nut-Busting Mega Quiche

Here is my famous quiche with some new additions (ham and spinach too)!!!!
1 Frozen Pie Crust (preformed already in the metal pan)
1 head of broccoli (fresh- mostly just the florets, cut fairly small- maybe 1/2 inch chunks or smaller)
1/2 package frozen spinach (thawed)
Cooked ham, diced
8 oz heavy cream
3 eggs
8 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
3 tbl flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Beat eggs slightly. Beat in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees (until top is golden brown)
